Day 1: Arrival in Chandigarh – Transfer to Dalhousie (Approx. 320 km / 7–8 hrs)
Upon arrival at Chandigarh Airport or Railway Station, you will be welcomed by our driver who will assist you on a picturesque drive to Dalhousie. Enjoy scenic views of hills, valleys, and pine forests along the way. On reaching Dalhousie, check in to your hotel and take some time to rest. In the evening, you can explore the local market or take a peaceful walk around Gandhi Chowk. Overnight stay in Dalhousie.
Day 2: Dalhousie – Khajjiar Excursion
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Khajjiar, often called the “Mini Switzerland of India.” Surrounded by dense deodar forests and lush green meadows, Khajjiar is perfect for a relaxing escape or adventure activities like horse riding and zorbing. En route, you can also visit Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary for a short nature walk. Return to Dalhousie in the evening and enjoy a cozy overnight stay.
Day 3: Dalhousie to Dharamshala (Approx. 120 km / 4–5 hrs)
Today, after breakfast, check out and drive to Dharamshala – the spiritual center of Tibetan Buddhism and home to the Dalai Lama. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. The rest of the evening is free for you to explore the nearby market or soak in the serene atmosphere of the mountains. Overnight stay in Dharamshala.
Day 4: Dharamshala & Mcleodganj Sightseeing
After breakfast, enjoy a full day of sightseeing in Dharamshala and Mcleodganj. Visit Bhagsunag Temple and Waterfall, Dalai Lama Temple Complex, Dal Lake, Naddi View Point, and St. John in the Wilderness Church. You’ll also have time to shop for Tibetan handicrafts and taste local delicacies in the vibrant markets of Mcleodganj. Return to your hotel in the evening for overnight stay.
Day 5: Dharamshala to Chandigarh – Departure (Approx. 250 km / 6–7 hrs)
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast, then check out from your hotel and start your return journey to Chandigarh. Upon reaching, you’ll be dropped at the airport or railway station for your onward journey, carrying with you unforgettable memories of the Himachal hills.
